Due to the complexities of technology, there may be times when communications malfunction or the Fort Finance website is out of action. As such, Fort Finance will not take any responsibility for failed email attempts, bandwidth or signal issues, or any failure of hardware. Fort Finance can not and will not guarantee that the facility or platform will always be in perfect working order.

Fort Finance will not be held responsible for the neglects or failures of any third party, in terms of notification oversights, emails not being received on time, or lateness with signal or calendar alerts. No assumptions should be made that any indicators, trading methods, chart updates, or techniques will result in gains. Nor can it be presumed the outcome won’t be a financial loss. We reserve the right to ban any material, communications, or conduct in general that we consider to be, at our own discretion, damaging, or unlawful, to you, our clients, third-party sites, associates, and users of Fort Finance. In spite of the aforementioned, neither our associates nor Fort Finance can guarantee the immediate removal of inappropriate material posted online.

Profit sharing rules

If FAT earned in 30 days from the start of the trading less than 1%, then all the profit stays with the user.

If FAT earned in 30 days from the start of the trading more than 1%,the all the profit with exception of 1%, which stays with the user, is divided in equal parts between the User and the Fort Finance (50% – 50%).

Example: The profit in 30-day period was 5%. It is divided as follows:  (5%-1%)/2= 2%- is the fee of Fort Finance, so 2%+1% =3% goes to the User. VAT is included in the payment.

Invoicing

Period is 30 days of work of FAT. The invoice is generated automatically if the profit for the period is higher than 1%. The invoice is sent to the email of the User. VAT is included in the payment. Terms of payment is 7 days from the issuance of the invoice.

Only demo version is free of charge.

By live robot integrations will be applied 30days period fee in case the profit for the period is higher than 1%.

The period of 30 days starts from the user registration on F.A.T. webpage.

In case user has a few robots will be applied 1 invoice for all robots.

If the invoice is not paid in full by the due date, all robots will be suspended.

Referral Policy

Referrer is a person who sends or directs someone to Fort Finance services

Referral is a referral policy participant, who registered on the recommendation of a referrer by the referral code.

Referral code is a unique combination of letters and numbers that acts as a special ID. It will ve used to track the origin of a referral to connect the referrals to the referrer who sent them in the first place.

Referral policy is available to the referrer / legal entities and private persons, who are registered, for example, on the web site xolo.ee. The payment of the referral fee from the side of the Fort Finance is taking place based on the invoice, which is issued at the end of the referral period by the referee. The conditions of the referral policy in case you are a referrer is laid out in the chart below.

Referral policy is also available to the referral.  In case you are a referral your profit share is following:

1,5% we pay to the referral and all above 1,5% will be shared 50/50.

Example: The profit for the 30-day period was 5,5%. It will be shared as follows: (5,5%-1,5%)/2= 2% – fee to Fort Finance, 2%+1.5% =3.5% profit to be paid to the referral.
